How it works

Offline is a Members-only restaurant club.

Restaurants pay $0. No setup. No monthly. No per-click charge. Just an exclusive Offer for our Members — and only when they visit to redeem it.

  1. Members pay $120/yr to find curated places to eat.

Skin in the game. They paid to be here.

  2. They open the app + pick your place.

    First-timers, not your Tuesday regulars.

  3. You give them an exclusive discount when they visit.

Only when a Member is at your table.

“So you got an advertising program that costs them zero, and they made $14.12 per person that came in.”

What you get

Three things, no fluff.

01 · BUTTS IN SEATS

Only fills seats you'd have empty.

If you have a 15+ minute wait on a given day — regular or seasonal — just let us know and we turn that day off. When things slow down, we turn it back on. The whole point is filling seats that would otherwise sit empty.

02 · DONE-FOR-YOU CONTENT

Pro content from creators other restaurants pay.

We partner with some of the best creators in town and send them in. They shoot. They edit. You keep every clip — forever.

03 · PROFIT GUARANTEED

If you lose even a penny, Offline pays you back.

Not a credit. Real money. It almost never happens — but it's a real backstop, on us.

Our Members

Locals who paid to find you.

What bonds our Members isn't age or zip code — it's that they have money to eat out, and they're paying us to help them find new places to spend it. Right now, today, they're opening the app looking for a restaurant exactly like yours.

“Went here with my family. It’s a small place but a cute atmosphere. Being able to see the bread being prepped with the clear windows was cool. We were slightly disappointed though with the way the food was handed out. The ladies behind the counter were barely speaking up loud enough to here them call your name. Apparently our sandwiches sat there for 5min getting soggy and they never tried recalling our names. When I asked why they had been sitting their so long and why they couldn’t make more of an effort to announce names the girl just looked at me and then ignored me and never responded. Also it doesn’t help that the chairs here are extremely loud chairs when being pulled in and out from the tables. Personally I think they should change to a number system and deliver the food. Or teach their employees to speak up a little more. But outside of that the food was delicious and we would come back again.”

This is the whole team — and you can text any of us.

The name is the mission: more people off their phones, more people at your tables.

When we built the company, we thought one thing was backwards — restaurants paying to get customers. So we made Members pay us instead. No money changes hands between our companies.

We stay lean to keep that model alive.
